Subscription Terms

01.Price and payment interval
Staky offers paid subscriptions on a recurring monthly basis. Switcher Pro costs 37 DKK per month and Partner Pro costs 149 DKK per month. A free plan (0 DKK) is also available and never requires payment. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). VAT is added where applicable. Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment provider QuickPay and can be paid by Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, or MobilePay.
02.How the subscription is created and accepted
You create a subscription by selecting a paid plan under Settings → Plan & Billing inside the app. You are then redirected to QuickPay's secure payment window, where you enter your card or MobilePay details and confirm the payment. By completing that payment you accept these Subscription Terms and authorise recurring monthly charges. Your subscription and the associated features start immediately once the first payment is approved.
03.Binding period
There is no binding period and no minimum commitment. Subscriptions run month to month, and you may cancel at any time.
04.Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. On the same calendar date as your original purchase, the saved payment method is charged for the next monthly period, and the subscription continues on these terms until you cancel. If we change the price of a plan, we will notify you by email in advance of the change taking effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before you are charged the new price.
05.Cancellation terms
You can cancel at any time under Settings → Plan & Billing in the app, or by emailing billing@staky.dk. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the remaining days of a period that has already been paid.
06.Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish and EU law. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to a digital service, by starting a paid subscription you expressly request that the service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been made available to you. The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business (B2B) customers.
07.Failed payments
If an automatic renewal payment cannot be completed (for example, because a card has expired or has insufficient funds), we may retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be cancelled and the account reverted to the free plan.
08.Service included in the subscription
The core Staky platform — the feed, posts, comments, reactions, follows, direct messages, notifications, and browsing partners and alternatives — is free for everyone. A paid subscription unlocks additional features for its tier. Switcher Pro removes the limits on tools in your stack and on active migration requests, enables both user and partner stack modes, and adds a Pro badge and priority support. Partner Pro removes the monthly lead cap, adds featured directory rotation, a verified badge, custom invoice branding, a company cover image, and includes Switcher Pro for the partner's own account.
